I haven't received any product/package

No package is sent to you if you haven't ordered a CD (therefore, inform your purchasing department to release the payment without waiting for a delivery). In this case you will receive only the unlock key via email (the product will be downloaded from our web site).

When you purchase with CC, PayPal, Wire Transfer/Bank Transfer, etc:

When you purchase with PO/Wire Transfer:

BlueSnap will send to you a purchase confirmation email as soon as your order has been processed.

Package will be shipped to you soon after.

The key to unlock the product will be sent to you as soon as full payment is sent.
